Muscle Cramps During the Day

I assume I am cramping due to the extra protein my body is tprocessing.
Getting muscle cramps through out the day.

How much extra water should I take in on top of the shakes that are water only?


Try adding a pinch of salt to your shakes. If your cramps are resulting from dehydratation, it should do the trick. You shouldn’t see much water retention from doing that but if you do, simply cut it during your transition weeks.
