Moving Mid-Afternoon Shake to Mid-Morning

Hi Guys,

My question is: I am working out in the early AM d/t my job, should I still stick to the mid-afternoon shake or should I move it up to mid-morning as its closer to the post workout window?

I’d appreciate any/all feedback,


As long as you get in 4 shakes, the HSM, and workout nutrition (on training days), you’re on track.

If you workout first thing in the morning and don’t have time for a Metabolic Drive shake before lifting, that’s very okay because the Plazma has you covered nutrition-wise and a Metabolic Drive shake too soon before working out (like within an hour) could possibly slow down Plazma’s absorption. In that case, have your first shake an hour or two after training, then carry on with the day’s schedule.

Don’t get tripped up by the “breakfast”, “lunch”, “mid-afternoon” labels. Just be sure to get them all in between waking and going to bed.
