I’ve been poor as shit for some time, which recently changed. I now have enough income to eat consistently and train hard, and would like to step up my game when it comes to supplements.
Relevant background: Male, 26YO, 6’1", 165#, lifting ~3 years. Not too strong ATM due to aforementioned poverty.
Training goals: get bigger (180#+), get stronger (275FS/350DL/250B)
Current supplements: Whey, creatine, fish oil.
So I have ~$100/mo. budgeted for supplementation, and I’d like opinions on which I should prioritize in a 1-2-3 hierarchy in addition to my current ones. Workout supplementation is where I need the most help, as my previous strategy was using chocolate milk (I know, I know. It was cheap though.)
So where would y’all invest your $100 for supplements? All input appreciated.
