I read the directions for use. When exactly is the best times to take it on an empty stomach? Early in the morning when you wake up and before you go to sleep at night? (hours after dinner)

Just a little confused about when I should take it twice a day.

Do not take before bed. It contains stimulants. Pre-breakfast and pre-lunch or mid-afternoon should be fine. Shoot for about 6 hours between servings.

So If my meals are at 1pm, 5pm, and 9pm. Is it okay to take one serving at 12 and one serving at 7?

(snacks in between)

Depends on how late you stay up.

Don’t let the “empty stomach” thing throw you off. That just means “not directly with a meal.”

I stay up till like 12 or 1 every night.

Biotest’s Z12 would be a good choice to take before bed just in case you find it hard to sleep after taking the evening dose of HOT-ROX.
