all i will ask is that we forego the tarzan comments. looking for any feedback that is about the V-Diet. what i should’ve done different. what i should do now, etc…i got flamed enough over there (rightfully so).
good job you shaved! anyway, dont listen to the negativity these people post, just focus on your goals and give it all you have.
