Starting official V-Diet Monday, in 2 days. Having shakes and 1.5 HSM for the weekend. good luck with this program it is a pretty good place to drill some discipline into your head:)... and least it was for me. I will look up the carringtonfarms. I mostly just get mine at the store on the corner..
