Modifying the V-Diet Exercise Component

Blah blah Covid-19 gyms closed.

Anyhow I have an old ankle injury and am roughly six months passed a hip surgery. The hip is healthy but still weak, so I’m doing physical therapy for those things. So it mostly rules out dynamic stuff like jump lunges, but not necessarily keg toss style throws.

I’m doing the v-diet since I got a little beefy before my surgery, and figure it will be easier for my body to strengthen up with less weight as a whole. Currently 185 and 5’10."

I’m no noob so can craft workouts from my sandbag and sledgehammer and some bands, but as an athlete/soldier it’s always easier to have a coach give some guidance.
