Missed Shakes, What Do I Do?


Hello Christ:

I am on day 11 of the diet; it’s going well and I’ve lost about 10 lbs.

A few nights I have fallen asleep early and so missed the final shake. I am wondering if it is better to skip them or should I drink the ones I missed the following morning?



Try not to miss them, first of all. Calories could fall too low and that would lead to muscle loss.

No need to make up the missed shakes really, though if you find yourself wanting an extra shake he next day it’s fine.
