I’ve done the V-Diet a couple years ago and did it no problem. This time around I’m having troubles. The milled flax seed always goes to the bottom of the shake and it makes me want to hurl when I get to it. Is there any substitute for this? Is it available in pill form?
Just leave it out. It can be tricky stuff for some people. To make up for the fats, you can add a dab of coconut oil to a shake or two (which is delicious.) Add a fiber supp if needed.
