Milk / Cheese


I’m looking for high protien low carb alternatives to meat/eggs as a vegetarian. Is Milk / cheese a good alternative in a bodybuilding diet?
I intend to use unpasturised milk/cheese


Protein powder, such as Metabolic Drive Low Carb.

I’d suggest avoiding milk.

Some cheese is fine.

Also, you must realize that by choosing to be a vegetarian you are choosing to eat in a way that doesn’t allow for optimal body functioning, and that will affect bodybuilding results. The book, “The Vegatarian Myth” may be worth a read for you. (It depends on why you’re a quasi-vegetarian.)
