Does biotest micronized creatine need to be loaded for optimal results ? I ask because the label says not to exceed 10 grams but typical loading strategies for creatine are 20 to 25 grams total 5 grams at a time.
You can, but it isn’t necessary. You can simply take 5 grams a day.
“If this multiple times a day dosing thing is too inconvenient for you, so just take about 5 grams a day, every day. By the time 30 days are up, you’ll have reached maximum cellular storage capacity, at which point you can just continue with taking 3 to 5 grams a day.”

You don’t have to load. It helps to get built up in the system quicker but it is not neccessary.
