Micro-PA, I3G, & Mag-10 Protocol for Non-Training Days


I have been using the following protocol for non-training days and it seems to follow the labeling guidelines, but I wonder if any tweaks are suggested? Times below refer to minutes before dinner, which is the heaviest carb meal of the day.

90:00 Micro-PA (6)
30:00 Mag-10 (2-4 scoops), with (5) I3G and (2) Carbolin-19.

Any problems with taking the Mag-10, I3G and Carbolin-19 together like that?

Looks like a solid plan, and yes, it’s fine to use all those together!
