I am 19 years old and I lift 5 days a week. Is it alright/safe if I take the indicated dose of Micro-PA (6 pills 1 hour before workout)? Or should I take 3?
Unless you have an extremely small frame (as in, like, 6 feet tall and 150 pounds), you should be fine with the full dose.
This thread had a ton of people talking about the results they saw. Pretty much everyone was using the standard 6-cap dose.
