Hey, so I just started taking Micro-PA less than a week ago. Today I strained my lower back pretty bad this morning, so I’m going to rest for a week (probably due for a rest week anyhow after a few years of not taking one.). Should I continue with Micro-PA or hold off until I’m back in the gym?
There’d be nothing wrong with taking it now, since it’s something you’d still take on non-training days. But all in all, I’d hold off until you’re back to training consistently just to get the most benefit for your money.
