Micro PA and Conditioning

I usually do two stand alone conditioning type of workouts (usually prowler type sled based) of about 15 minutes duration, in addition to 3-4 weight training sessions per week. I do consume a MAG-10 around these workouts. My question is when is the optimal time, if there is one, to consume the Micro PA in relation to the conditioning session?

Since you’re taking in Mag-10 around these sessions, then take Micro-PA one hour prior, just as you would a lifting session.
