@ CT - Love the simple, barbell based program. For someone using Micro PA and Plazma, which is more effective? Doing A and B workouts together after a Micro PA dose or splitting them AM and PM with Micro PA before AM workout? (Either way, hitting A and B 6 times a week.)

The ideal situation would be to use an AM/PM schedule with a MICRO-PA dose prior to both workouts and 1 serving of PLAZMA pre-workout + 1 serving of MAG-10, 20-30 minutes post.
