Some days I don’t have the time to sit down and eat a full meal before my workout. I was thinking about taking 1 scoop of Metabolic Drive low carb with a Finibar. Does this sound like a good idea? Should I take the Indigo-3G before the MD & Finibar or just take the Indigo-3G with Plazma pre workout?
When you say “full meal before my workout” what kind of timeframe are you talking about? Thirty minutes? Two hours?

Most people who are using both <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/finibar-competition-bar"target=“new”>Finibar and Plazma will have their Finibar about an hour before training, then the pre-load of Plazma 15 minutes before training. There’s no need to have Metabolic Drive at the same time as a Finibar. For pre-training or pre-competition, the Finibar has you covered.
You can use Indigo-3G before the Finibar or with the Plazma. Both methods are fine. A single serving of Indigo-3G is present in the blood and doing its job for 6 hours at least, so your workout period is still “covered” if you took it before the Finibar.
When I say full meal I usually have 6 oz of chicken 1 1/2 cups cooked cream of rice and usually 1 tbsp of coconut oil or peanut butter. So all I need to take is a finibar and I don’t need to worry about the Metabolic Drive?
