Meal Timing Question

Hi Chris, I can’t imagine how frustrating it must get answering questions over and over. Thank you though!!

Quick question on meal timings. I believe add the recover drink on workout days does NOT replace any of the meal shakes correct? The recovery drink is additive? My workouts will either be in the am or at noon. Finally, what about a workout very early say 6 am BEFORE a shake?

Meal 1: 7:00 am Shake and supplements
Workout day: 8:00 am with recovery drink post workout
Meal 2: 11:00 am Shake and supplements
Meal 3: 2 pm Shake and supplements
Meal 4: 5 pm Shake & supplements
Meal 5: 8 pm Shake with nut butter

Correct, Surge Recovery is in addition to the Metabolic Drive shakes and only used on weight lifting days (not V-Burn day) which are 3 times per week.

Weight training in a fasted state like first thing in the morning is counterproductive. Try to get at least one scoop of Metabolic Drive in first, or drink your Surge as you’re lifting instead of just after.
