Max Fat Loss in 4 wks. V-Diet?

hi guys

I am leaving on a important trip in 4 weeks, and would like to look my best when i leave.

I have about 15-20lbs to shed - I train reg. and nutrition will be in check (as always)

Would you recco V-Diet for MAX RESULT for a 4 week time frame?

I would like your suggestions so I make the 4 weeks really count.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh?

The weight varies person to person. If you want MAX RESULTs then follow the V-Diet to the letter.

hi sorry for the lack of info - i am 5’ 5" - 198lb… i do have a good amount of muscle mass on me… just gotta lean out. I have been training for 8 years.

The V-Diet is the fastest way I know to drop fat in 4 weeks. But you have to be strict with it and follow the plan. It’s simple but not easy. I lost 16 pounds and several inches off my waist when designing the diet myself. All in 28 days.
