I used the V-Diet as a cutting phase after a 3 month bulk. I went from 169-184 for the bulk, and 184-175 for the cut. I’m much leaner at 175 than I was at 169. This is the leanest I’ve ever been. I’m a little disappointed that I couldn’t get get my lower abs to show through. I’m going to take a week off, then reassess.
The V-Diet absolutely was effective for me. That said, I don’t plan on doing it again. I was pretty miserable during a lot of it. My digestive system had some trouble the whole time, even when cutting the flax in half and switching to Chia seed.
