Looking to see what people have lost in total weight and inches after the 28 days and after the transition period. Just hoping that people can post up there results.
One thing to keep in mind is where each individual started from. For example, I lost 4 inches from my belly and waist area. But Gus Pancho lost 9 inches in the same area.
Why? We started out at different places. He had more fat to lose so his final results in inches and pounds lost was greater.
So, some people do this diet to go from 11% body fat to 7%. In others words, they’re not too fat to begin with. They’re just fine-tuning or plateau breaking. Results won’t seem as dramatic.
Others start out very overweight, and the more you have to lose the faster it comes off. So, they’ll get big numbers.
Just something to keep in mind when looking at results of others and predicting your own results.
