Male Below Minimum Weight

Hi Chris,

I’m thinking of starting Velocity Diet Round 2.

On the first Velocity Diet, I lost 3.5 kg of fat over 3 weeks. I quit after 3 weeks because I came down with the flu. (1. Good idea? Bad idea?)

I’m currently at 12% body fat based on an InBody reading. I weigh 150 pounds though. 2. Can I use the Velocity Diet? 3. What are the dangers involved? 4. Are there any alternatives?


Unless you are very short, I’d suggest focusing on muscle gains while maintaining body fat levels.
