Making Shakes the Night Before?

Probably a stupid question, but I thought I would ask. I’m trying to save time a little so I am not rushed in the morning. I’d like to make my first three shakes of the day (the ones I drink at work) the night before and just stash them in the refrig until I leave in the morning.

Has anyone had issues with shakes made the night before??



they get fuckin thick as. I tried back in the day and had to eat that shit with a spoon.

Maybe get all the dry ingredients together and make sure they are ready to fire in the magic bullet etc.


I don’t know about the Metabolic Drive stuff, but when I tried with regular protein it settled. And most of the containers I’ve seen say drink within like 10 minutes of mixing.
