Make the Most of Your Shake

Hello, 3’week V-Dieter here and I though it would be a good idea to share some ways to eat/drink your shake

One that i really like is to crush alot of ice,i pack/tablespoon decaf,choco or vanilla,dash of cinnamon and benefibre(sugarfree fibre powder) to thicken,all in the blender(i use a magic bullet) blend thoroughly and eat it with a spoon! ill take you a bit longer to get it down and its darn good too!
