MAG-10 Pulses for Fat Loss?

When I do a pulse fast while on this plan do I continue with pulses and the solid meal as before or do I eat meals the next day? I just want to make sure I take in enough calories to take advantage of the rebound effect and i want to make sure im consuming enough calories to stimulate fat loss.

I have been doing this plan for the past three weeks, can this be done up I leave in August? Sorry for all the questions I just want to make sure I am doing everything to optimize this plan of action for fat loss, I always appreciate your advice.

For your plan and short-term goals, I’d suggest bringing up the calories and carbs the next day (after a full Past Fast day) to get that rebound effect - this allows for the anabolic rebound effect after a Pulse Fast as well as a carb-cycling effect for fat loss. Doesn’t have to be a ton, and definitely not a “cheat” for your goals, but a moderate refeed, preferably mostly around the training period. Try to get your skin to pop with that pump!

Nothing wrong with extending this plan another 10 days or so. I do suggest <a href=""target=“new”>Flameout and <a href=""target=“new”>Superfood for anyone dieting strictly though. You just want to have your nutritional based covered, and Flameout can help with additional fat loss.
