You had said that the V-Diet may be obsolete now, which I was about to start monday, should I do a 2 week version with 2 pulse days each week, kind of like you tried in the experiment phase? I don’t have the alpha or powerdrive but CT says it will still work with just the MAG-10.
I was thinking the same workouts, 2 weight training days, 2 sprint days. I’d do the weight training and fasting on Monday and Thursday, then HSM on Saturday
