MAG-10 Pulse Fast and Feast

Just started using MAG-10 today for pulse fast.
I read one fasts one day a week pulsing in the MAG-10.
Is this effective for fat loss? I am trying to lose the last 15-20 lbs after losing 25 on
the V-Diet

Also with the pulse feast - is that supposed to be an every day thing?
Would it be more effective than the pulse fast? Quicker I mean?

Any articles on the site about the Pulse Fast and Feast will be referring to the older formulas of Mag-10. Keep that in mind. There are, right now, no new official versions of those plans using the new formulas.

However, the basic concepts are the same. For the Pulse Fast, consume only <a href=""target=“new”>Mag-10 for one whole day. I’d have a servings every 2-3 hours. With the Feast, you’d need to ask Christian in his forum since that’s his plan: <a href=""target=“new”>Christian Thibaudeau Forum. I believe it was done daily.

Whether you lose fat or not of course depends on what the rest of the week is like food-wise, how you train etc. But two Pulse Fasts per week, not consecutively, and taking advantage of the rebound effect of the next day’s feeding and training, leads to fat loss and even muscle gain.
