MAG-10 Pre, SWF During, MAG-10 Post?

Limited budget, I already have SWF. I’m going to order MAG-10. Would 1 serving MAG-10 pre training, SWF during and 1 serving MAG-10 an hour after lifting be good on a limited budget? Thanks.


Yes, that would be a solid plan. Also, since <a href=""target=“new”>Surge Workout Fuel is already made for pre as well as intra and post-training, you could skip the pre dose of Mag-10 and instead use two post-workout servings: One right after training (or soon after) and another pulse about an hour after that. Same amount, different dosing strategy. Either way would be fine, so experiment and see which works best for you.
