MAG-10 or Plazma for Conditioning Before Lifting

Hey, need some advice. Im currently using MAG-10, PLAZMA, and INDIGO 3G. Which of the products should I be using before a conditioning(running) workout? Shortly after conditioning I will be weight training.

How long is this conditioning workout? I personally won’t do much of it on lift days if at all. Best to either have a separate session for it.

Good question above. We’ve had marathoners use Plazma. But for short, HIIT style conditioning sessions, use <a href=""target=“new”>Mag-10. More info in my Predator Conditioning article:
