MAG-10 on Workout Days

I am doing the intermittent MAG-10 pulse fast 1 or 2 non consecutive days a week (just started this week)
Question - on a non pulse day - would it be beneficial to use the MAG-10 as a pre or post workout drink (or during?)

Depends on what the rest of your peri-workout nutrition involves. Personally I like a FINiBAR/MAG-10 45 min before and then a MAG-10 pulse post workout.

If you’re using <a href=""target=“new”>Plazma before and during training, then a pulse of Mag-10 about an hour after training is ideal. If you’re not using other workout nutrition, you can use Mag-10 for the workout, though Plazma is a better choice pre- and intra for weight training. <a href=""target=“new”>Mag-10 is perfect for short, conditioning sessions.
