MAG-10: How Long to Return to Baseline?

The MAG-10 product page describes the importance of protein pulsing–spiking your blood levels of amino acids and peptides quickly and having them quickly return to baseline.

How long should we expect for the spike to happen and return to baseline after a MAG-10 pulse? 30 minutes? An hour? Less?

Given that the page suggests 30 minutes prior to meals that are more than 6 hours apart as one of the best times to take a dose, I’m guessing that the pulse should take less than 30 minutes to go back to baseline?

Mostly, I ask so that I can time out when to eat more after a pulse.

As little as 30 minutes is fine.

From the <a href=""target=“new”>MAG-10 page: “Optimal times for pulses are 30 minutes prior to meals, between meals that are six hours apart (or longer), and post-workout, when the body is already in a hyper-responsive state and needs the additional protein.”
