I am 42 yr woman looking to lose 20 lb. and I workout 4-5 times a week, since I hit 40 its been very difficult to lose body-fat more importantly my midsection. I am not looking for a miracle pill, just looking for advice on how to incorporate the right nutrition to aid fat loss in my busy day.
