MAG-10 Double Dose

#1

I know it’s recommended to take a double dose within one hour of training while on micro-PA, but would the double dose be effective if using only Plazma for peri workout nutrition?

And not using Micro-PA? Is that what you mean?

Our usual recommendation is Plazma before and during training, then one serving of Mag-10 about an hour after finishing the Plazma and another serving of Mag-10 (optional) an hour after the first.

Chris, in your opinion, would following the standard peri-workout protocol WHILE taking m-PA be that much more inefficient than taking 2 MAG-10 (double dose) at one time? The difference between the 1st MAG-10 post workout and the 2nd in the original recommendation is only an hour. One is still taking in a buttload of di/tr-peptides during the peri-workout window (pre, during, and post) with the Plazma and MAG-10 product.

Tim Patterson likes the double-dose Mag-10, so I’d follow his recs for Micro-PA users. But he’s assuming they’re also using Plazma pre and intra-training as well of course.

Thanks for the response. Much appreciated.
