Mag-10® and Plazma™ - What are They?

Keenan asks:

I am very interested in both products, Mag-10® and Plazma™, based off reviews and the American sniper movie. But I can’t quite figure out what they are? Are they proteins?

To very oversimplify, Mag-10 is a high quality, fast digesting protein with some functional carbs. Plazma is a high quality, fast digesting protein with more functional carbs and other nutrients.

Mag-10 is meant to have pretty much anytime during the day, Plazma is specifically workout nutrition meant to be had right before and during training sessions.

To add to what Chris said. See Plazma as a product specifically designed to maximize the transport of nutrients into the muscles while you are training. By doing that you both speed up recovery and increase muscle growth.
