Mag-10 and Plazma Doses


I currently just purchased both Mag-10 and Plazma. I was wondering on the correct doses for each for someone on a money budget. For Plazma, I was planning on taking one serving 15 minutes before I workout and one other serving as I am working out. By doing it this way, will I still see good results from taking Plazma?

With Mag-10, I’m going to be taking 3 servings on workout days ( one in the morning between breakfast and lunch, another serving about an hour pre workout and the last serving half hour after I workout). Is this a good strategy or formula to follow? Since I am on a money budget, do I have to still take Mag-10 on non workout days to still see good benefits? If I were not to take it on non-workout days or even just one serving on those days, will I still see good results? What is your feeling on this? I don’t want to take a product and not see the results. Thank you for your help.


  1. Yes. For many people, one serving of <a href=""target=“new”>Plazma as a preload and one serving during training is all they really need.

  2. A) Very good plan for <a href=""target=“new”>Mag-10.

B) Every “pulse” or serving of Mag-10 is beneficial, but if you’re on a budget, you can always use less or save it for just workout days.

C) Yes, assuming of course you’re training like a beast, eating right etc. As recovery supplements, they naturally work best if you’re giving them something to “do.” Meaning, train hard enough to put them to work. I honestly tell some folks they don’t need Plazma for example, because I’ve seen them train and they’re training does not really require a recovery agent. I doubt that’s you, just putting things into perspective.
