MAG-10 and Other Protein Besides from Food?

#1

Since doing 3 pulses of MAG-10 a day, I have almost stopped the additional whey protein powders.

Is this OK?

Or should I be taking the protein drinks too.

I weigh 214 and am 6’0" with 10% BF.

If your diet was weak on protein in the first place, then perhaps the whey protein should still be included. But if your overall protein intake is good now, for example 200-300 g/day counting the MAG-10 and your Plazma use, then no need for the whey.

Like Bill said, it’s very, very likely that your daily protein needs are well-covered between the Mag-10 pulses, Plazma on days you lift, and a few animal protein-rich meals. Whey shakes would be redundant and unnecessary at that point.

I have stopped using whey products completely. MAG-10 is easier on my stomach and tastes so much better. Zero bad things have happened since I stopped. I’ll admit it was mentally difficult to break away from the protein powders I had been using for years, but I haven’t missed them at all.
