I overindulged this past weekend and decided to do a low carb day. My macros came out to about 1700 calories, 45g carb, 23g fat, 336g protein and 17g sugar. I had 4 MD shakes, 2 cans tuna, and breakfast and dinner was 6 egg whites scrambled with a chicken breast. What do you think?
Well, nothing wrong with that, though I’d go less protein and more fat. Have no fear of egg yolks. I probably eat a dozen or two per week on average, whole.
