Low Body Temperature in Feats Pulse

I feel cold at through the day, doing 2 pulses. Then I train between 17:00-19:00 and my temperature increase and I have 2 meals, so I feel comfortable again.

Would you add some coconut oil between pulses? If my metabolism goes down during pulses how I can boost it?



That’s not necessarily a sign that your metabolism is going down.

And no, for a true Pulse Fast, consuming hundreds of calories of oil is a no-no.
