Leptin and Feeling Soft on V-Diet

at day 5 on V-Diet i feel very soft sicne carb intake perday is less then 60grams
wont doing a full 28 days like this completely deplete you? also wont leptin levels be severely down?

Soft? If you mean that you’re not “feeling the pump” as much in the gym, then yes, that happens sometimes with any reduced carb plan. All I can say is, would you rather carry a lot of fat but have great carby pumps, or lose the fat real quick, then later get the pumps back when you go back to eating a regular diet and peri-workout nutrition?

Leptin? No reason to worry about it.

howcome there’s no reason to worry about leptin?
By the way would it be ok on the 14th day, aka halfway point to carb up with waxy maize starch in every shake?
wouldnt that even give a boost

also what happens if i do the V-Diet for 6 weeks instead of 4 ?
