I work out at a great neighborhood gym as well as my basement. There are mature guys (in age) like myself and many younger teens and young lifters. The owner is a natural body builder, and in season hits almost every show on the shore. The gym is set up for hard work and building and I love it.

Workout today was:
Leg Press on the Cybex sled

I was whipped after this but another shake picked me right up. On to measuring my fat. I hate this part.
