For the pure sake of having a formal place to post and log my daily diet down I figured this was a good place to do it besides my excel sheet that calculates the macros and calories for me as well.

Today’s Intake Plan:

715am: 4 jumbo eggs w/ grilled veggies

1015am: post cardio - 1 cup quick oats, 8 oz cooked 90/10 beef

1:15pm: 50 grams 4 everfit fruit blast whey isolate, 24 almonds

4:15pm: 8 oz cooked chicken breast, baby carrots, raw green beans

7:15pm: 8 oz cooked chicken breast, 24 almonds

10:30pm: 50 grams casein protein w/ water into pudding

Totals: 74f, 83c, 285p - 2138 calories

Todays intake is as follows:

730am- 4 jumbo eggs, grilled veggies, 3g DAA, 3g muscle EFA’s

1030am- 50 gram whey iso shake with 24 almonds

145pm- 8 oz cooked 90/10 beef, baby carrot and green beans

445pm- 8 oz cooked chicken breast, 3/4 cup quick oats

8pm- 50 grams myofusion shake, 1 cup oats, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 5g creatine (post lift)

11pm- 50 grams casein shake

Macros: 65f 142c 286p, 2297kcals

Higher carbs today cause I burned through them like an inferno given the double duty workout I pulled off today! Here we go!

745am- 4 jumbo eggs, 3/4 cup oats, 3 g efa

1115am- 1/2 cup quick oats, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 scoop myofusion whey

2pm- 8 oz grilled chicken, green beans, baby carrots

5pm- 1 cup oats, 50 grams whey isolate shake

8pm- 8 oz cooked 90/10 beef, 1 cup oats

11pm- 50 grams casein shake

Macros: 71f 213c, 281p, 2615 kcals

10am- 8 oz cooked chicken, 24 almonds, green beans, carrots

1pm- 8 oz ground beef, 24 almonds

4pm- 50 gram whey iso shake

7pm- 8 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup oats

11pm- 50 gram casein shake

Today was an off day just cardio. Food looks like this for the day:

730- 4 jumbo eggs, 1 cup oats

1030- 7 oz cooked chicken, 1 cup oats

130- 4oz lean ham, 25 gram whey iso, 24 almonds

430- 4 oz lean ham, 4 oz turkey, 2 tbsp pb

8pm- 8 oz 90/10 cooked beef, 3/4 cup oats

11pm- 50 gram casein shake

Intake for today has jumped to 3200 calories from 2600 as I have been at. Hoping the energy levels start climbing again now as well.
