Lactic Acid Training After V-Diet

I am currently on the transition of my Velocity diet, and i have been reading up on the Lactic Acid Training and very intereted, i was wondering would it be fine to go on this diet after the transition.

i would be still sticking to the calorie count of the V-Diet equation. Would this be a wise idea.

I would have 2 HSM a day and rest of it will be shakes.

Please let me know what you guys think? because i need to loose a bit more fat from my body.

Lactic acid training is fine for after the Transition.

You can probably bring up your calories a little though. Play with it and see how it works for you. You can always adjust as needed.
