Biotest

Knee Surgery - Torn Cartilage

any supplements I should take before, and or after to help with the surgery and or recovery?

Be careful with any supplement that thins he blood pre-surgery. That’s normally a good thing of course, but most docs suggest avoiding fish oil pre-operation.

As for recovery, <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/curcumin"target=“new”>Curcumin and <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/rhodiola"target=“new”>Rhodiola will help, and I’d suggest a couple of pulses of Mag-10 per day to prevent any muscle loss until you can get back into the gym.

do any other Biotest supplements thin the blood?

Not that I can think of off-hand, but please see warning labels and check with the doc.
