Day 3 done. Only issue so far was running out of gas during the workout and taking longer to recover. Shakes are good and keep me full. This is the first weekend so we will see how it goes.

Saturday was the worst day. After my workout I wasn’t sure if I had the energy to drive home and then it took all day to recover.

Mondays workout was good. Felt like I should and recovered in normal time.

Weight is 204

Keep up the good work man! I am with you on the post workout I feel like crap after i workout, really shaky but just keep it up. nice work on the weight lose already man.

You still getting after it dude? hopefully you kept it up cause yor right at that breaking point, only gets easier after the first 5 days.
