So you’re doing your own workout this time around huh? Do you not have legs?

That’s not nice. I hope that’s a serious question because from the looks of his photos he does not in fact have legs. Why else would a person have to take their photos lying down?

So are you using the right supplements this time around? What are your goals?

#8

yes i do have legs haha, had to cut the workout short due to classes and what not.
as for goals all i really intend to do is lean out for the summer, nothing to drastic. and yes i am using the right supplements this time

I would guess a big reason you failed in your previous attempts is because you design your own program and overtrain, and don’t budget the time necessary to succeed. I don’t think a cardo intesnive program such as P90x is a good idea for such a calorie restrictive weight loss plan.

Good luck anyway though

sorry for the lack of posts over the weekend, i was drilling at fort huachuca in sierra vista. was unable to do the assigned workouts for last friday and saturday. however i was extermely active this weekend, doing things like urban ops, land navigation, and ruck marches. and i stuck to the nutrition protocol, which was very difficult. anyway, day 8 not feeling all to hot.

overhead squats 5x4 135lbs
dips 100xbw
wieghted situps 30 total 25lbs.
30 reverse situps w/ leg raises

day 9 nearly in the books. I struggled with light headedness and nausea today. I think it is because i skipped out on one shake yesterday due to some THC reasons

Today i incorporated milled flaxseed into fourth shake today and it has really revitalized me.

workout tommorrow feeling a little anxious

Today was the hardest day so far. This morning PT was a bitch tons of timed push up and sit up sets followed by about a 2 mile interval run. Been struggling with nausea all day even through my workout. Thinking about adding another HSM or two just because i am doing so much activity.

workout today

40 pull ups
5x8 db incline bench press 55lbs.
deadlifts 5x8 225lbs.
bb curl 85lbs
ab straps

Good day today, got a reply back from Shugart in regards to this specific diet. Since i do PT 3 mornings a week I am going to skip the V challenge on the weekends and NEPA walks. very relieved. Had good energy all day, i think it was because i knew i had my 2nd HSM today.

10oz of chicken
huge pile of greenbeens, broccoli, and squash
half a piece of cornbread

very excited for tommorrows workout. I also will be doing the Pat Tillman 5km run on saturday morning. Not diet protocal but its Pat Tillman #40 baby. gave up proffessional football to fight and die for this country, thats a man right there
