Is This For Me

Hey guys, Jan 1 I started working out and have went from 305 and have plateaued at 285 the last 2 weeks. I’m doing an hour of cardio in the am and weights in the evening. I need to lose about 100lbs overall. Plus get fit. Would this V-diet be for me? From some of the posts I’m second guessing.


It should be perfectly fine you, along with the included training plan which if followed correctly will get you off that metabolism damaging excess cardio.
