Is this a good muscle building diet ?

I have no idea because I don’t know how many calories you personally require.

Generally speaking, you want around 800 calories over maintenance intake for optimal muscle gains without excess fat gain.

I’d also drop the bread and all wheat products. See the book Wheat Belly for details as to why.
