Is This a Good HSM?


Is a serving of rice and pinto beans along with a grilled chicken sandwich fine for the HSM, also do I want to shoot for having it on the same day every week, or am i fine having it lets say sat or sun of next week? Also I find the Surge post workout absolutely undrinkable, any way I can just safely skip that? Also last question am I fine with taking C4 as a preworkout?

  1. Try to avoid wheat. It causes cravings. You can use rice or almond bread though.
