Is The V-Diet Good for Women?


Hi there I have to been looking at the V-Diet but I was wondering if it was any good for wemon ? Because I’m not sure if you would have to modify certain aspects of the programme? I know it’s pretty cheeeky of me asking right out but I love learning new things which will improve the training that I do?

Tons of women have down the V-Diet successfully. The calculator in the program has an area you toggle to “female.”
