Intermediate Workout - Step Ups

Is the protocol 40 reps per leg, or 20? It seems like the workout could be read either way.

Based on my misinterpretation, I did twice what I should have today. Does this throw anything off for the week? Any adjustments to make today?

I’ll be sure to do 20 on each leg from now on. I guess I can up my weight.
